FIG 00 — What we are

Not a course you buy. The platform you become. We are an Agent-as-a-Service company: one multi-tenant engine of AI tutors, graders and interlocutors that academies white-label under their own brand and resell to their students. OET is the live flagship; a full catalog of exams follows behind it.

FIG 0.1 — How it holds together

Three foundations under every exam. Exam fidelity, an adaptive picture of proficiency, and the tooling an academy actually runs on.

FIG 0.2

Faithful to the real exam down to the timing, the screen and the click.

We rebuild each live test surface layer by layer — the same sections, the same on-screen controls, the same countdown. Your students rehearse the exam itself, not an approximation of it.

FIG 0.3

An adaptive proficiency genome a living profile of every sub-skill, not a single score.

Every answer updates a high-resolution map of strengths and gaps across listening, reading, writing and speaking. Practice then steers to exactly where it moves the score the most.

FIG 0.4

Built for academies whole cohorts, one calm surface.

Assign, track and report on every learner from a single place. Your teachers see who is ready and who needs another pass — without spreadsheets, and without losing the human in the loop.

FIG 0.2 — The exam catalog

Every exam your academy teaches, on one engine. Honestly staged: live where real pilots run today, and clearly marked where teachers are still validating or we are still building.

TOEFL iBT

In teacher validation

All four sections with 0–30 scoring, built for the computer-delivered test.

CELPIP

Corporate English

Honest staging by design: an exam is marked live only once real academies run it with real students, and nothing reaches your students before a teacher signs it off.

FIG 0.3 — Live OET demo

See exactly what your students experience. The OET Medicine demo is a faithful mirror of the in-exam screen, running on the very engine you white-label. Preview Listening and Speaking below, then sit a full mock to evaluate it for your academy.

Fig 0.8 · Try it yourself

Practise live with the photoreal interlocutor. A faithful mirror of the in-exam Speaking screen — read your role-play card, then talk to a real human face that listens and replies, live.

Role-play card · your role

Please confirm with the Interlocutor that your role-play card number and colour match the Interlocutor card before you begin. The candidate plays the health professional; the interlocutor plays the patient. This is Role-play 1 of 2 in a full OET Speaking test.

You are the health professional

SETTING: General Practice Surgery

DOCTOR: You see a 38-year-old patient whose routine blood tests have confirmed a new diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes mellitus (HbA1c 59 mmol/mol). The patient has no other medical history and is not on any medication. He/she has come in to discuss the results.

TASK:

• Find out what the patient understands about the result. Find out any concerns.

• Give the diagnosis and explain what Type 2 diabetes is (e.g., how insulin works, what raised blood sugar means, etc.).

• Reassure patient about complications (e.g., complications are not inevitable with good management; lifestyle changes make a significant difference, etc.).

• Outline management (e.g., diet, exercise, possible medication if needed; referral to diabetes nurse, etc.).

• Explore patient's concern about driving (e.g., DVLA notification; licence usually retained with tablet-controlled diabetes, etc.). Explore any other concerns. Outline next steps (e.g., follow-up blood tests, diabetes education programme, dietitian referral, etc.).

The interlocutor is the patient — listen and reply by voice, exactly as in the real test. You won't see what the interlocutor says in text, and there is nothing to type.

Read your role-play card, then try the live test.

A genuine OET preparation Speaking role-play from our own Medicine practice material — not an official OET role-play. The face shown is the real photoreal interlocutor. The live conversation uses your microphone and is metered — one free 1-minute practice, per person (Simli + realtime voice sit in our cost of goods), so we ask for your details first and never start a session for an anonymous visitor. Created in-house so there is no copyright or affiliation issue.

FIG 0.4 — How it works

One platform, your brand. White-label it, buy licences at wholesale, set your own retail, and let the AI agents do the tutoring, grading and speaking practice.

  1. Step 01White-label

    Your brand, your domain

Your logo, colours and copy on your own custom domain — or a ready <slug>.proficienthub.app. Your students never see us.

  2. Step 02Multi-exam

    One engine, every exam

OET, Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL, CELPIP and more from a single engine. Each academy is isolated, and inside it every student's data stays their own.

  3. Step 03Resell · B2B

    Buy wholesale, set your retail

Buy licences in bulk at wholesale, price them however you like, and upsell extra mocks and credits. The margin is yours.

  4. Step 04AI agents

    An AI workforce you resell

AI agents tutor your students 24/7, grade Writing and Speaking against official-style rubrics, and play the live Speaking interlocutor.
